The best laxative you can take is a SALT FLUSH. Nothing works like this and it is actually good for your body.

The Saltwater Flush provides an internal bath for the body, drawing out toxins as it cleanses the entire intestinal tract. Remember, it can do no harm at any time. The digestive tract needs a good washing, but do it the natural way. To do the flush, follow the instructions here:

2 level teaspoons unrefined mineral salt (rounded for the Canadian quart)
    1 quart lukewarm water

Put salt in quart jar. For best results, use unrefined mineral salt, not ordinary iodized salt. Add water to jar and stir. Drink the entire quart of salt and water first thing in the morning. This must be taken on an empty stomach. A straw makes it easier to drink.

The salt and water will not separate but will stay intact and quickly and thoroughly wash the entire tract in several hours. Multiple eliminations will likely occur. The saltwater has the same specific gravity as the blood, hence the kidneys cannot pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt. This may be taken as often as needed for proper washing of the entire digestive system. Use it on an empty stomach whenever you need help with elimination.

After drinking the saltwater, lie on your right side for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes, you are free to get up and go about your duties.

You should have an elimination in 1 to 2 hours, though everyone is a little different. Be careful not to pass gas, except on the toilet, since it may be liquid coming through.

Salt has been used throughout the ages as a preservative and to draw out poisons. Salt will not do harm when used this way and will sterilize and make it possible for the body to repair itself. When you have a wound on your arm that gets infected, soaking the arm in saltwater draws out poisons. If you have damaged the intestinal tract with fissures or diverticula (small pouches in colon), the salt will cleanse in a similar way.

The exit of the stomach into the small intestines is on the lower right hand side of the stomach. When you drink, the saltwater goes to the bottom of the stomach, below the opening. To get the saltwater into the small intestine, you need to tip the stomach like a teapot so the saltwater flows out. That’s why you lie on your right side.

Once the saltwater is in the small intestines, the muscle contractions will carry it down the rest of the way. In about an hour you should be able to massage the left hand side of your lower abdomen and hear liquids gurgling. These are liquids that have flowed into the large intestines almost ready for evacuation.

Only 4% of the water you drink gets to the G.I. tract. If your adrenal glands are insufficient, you will not be able to hold the water in the G.I. tract and you will become constipated. It is important for you to be well hydrated.

The average person needs water at the following rate:

Take your total body weight and divide by 2. That number is the amount of water in ounces that you need to drink each and everyday. Along with that, you should consume 1/4 teaspoon of "air dried sea salt" in conjunction with each quart of water you drink. This puts the electrolytes in your body that will give you proper hydration. The typical white table salt you buy in stores like the Morton Salt, for instance, is terrible for you and has loads of chemicals added. Avoid that junk. If you drink ANY diuretic drinks like, sodas, coffee, tea, alcohol, commercially prepared fruit drinks, energy drinks, etc., these all dehydrate you and you will need to add more water to the total to compensate for the water loss due to these diuretic drinks. Take the total ounces of the diuretic drinks and multiply by 1.5 and add that total to the original total to come up with the proper amount of water you need to drink each day.

    Good luck to you

I’ve had a couple of friends who stated that cherries and pineapple put them in the bathroom rather quickly.

Drink lots of water, I’ve uh.. found blue berries to be quite effective in the bowel movement area, if you really want to boost coffee can help. Most any fruit is good for that effect, eating wheat bread helps too.

    But I’ve looked it up:
    Dried apricots
    Grapes
    Kiwi Fruits
    Plums
    Pineapples
    Peach
    Pear
    Fig
    Coconut
    Dates

Didn’t see many veggies as a source.

Bananas, eat 2 / day and drink 8 glasses of water / day. Most people are dehydrated and have no clue! Then they begin to have problems and start taking meds that causes their body to become acidic and causes more problems. Drink fresh water, not with flouride (poison) and Chlorine (also a poison) but fresh spring water if you can get it, or bottled water. Do not drink distilled water, it is DEAD water and will suck the minerals out of your body. Most soda is made with distilled water and so will damage your health.
Also green leafy vegetables and plants. Salads with fresh spinach and other dark green leafy plants are good for your digestive system and overall health. Also fresh fruit: Grapefruit, oranges, etc. are good for keeping things moving as well as the vitamin C you need.
