preventing constipation?

for preventing constipation(suffering from past 3 years)i am drinking two glasses of water daily early morning. After one hour doing surya namaskaras, pashimothan asana,pavanmuktha asana,
after half an hour taking breakfast-one glass milk, one egg, & two bananas
Drink lots of water in a day, eating one or two fruits daily in morning. Drinking glass of water while going to bed.
is the above method right way to cure constipation? please help me

    The bananas can cause constipation.

    You don’t mention eating vegetables at all, do you eat vegetables with your meals?

    Dairy products can also be constipating.

    You say you drink lots of water, how much, generally a good rule of thumb is 1/2 your body weight in fluid ounces, so if you weight 150 lbs you would divide that by 2 equals 75 fluid ounces of water a day. Try to drink this throughout the day as a good rule of thumb is you can only absort about 8 ounces per hour.

    You don’t mention exercise. Exercise is very stimulating to the digestive system and may be very helpful in stopping your constipation.

    Basically all you speak of is breakfast, what about your other meals? You need 3 balanced meals per day and preferably 2 healthy snacks.

    Try to get foods high in fiber, I do not believe that metacusal is the way to health. Eating high fiber with exercise and lots of fluids would be much better.

    add a colace(stool softener) without the stimulant to the metamucil daily.

    hope u hav seen a GI doctor.add a stool softener.your bowel can become stimulant dependent beware of laxatives. greens and exercise and fluids see ur MD probally have other issues.

    Add a little of Pure ghee preferably cows milk butter. first take in just half teaspoon you may increase it to one teaspoon along with your meals. this will lubricate your intestine lining thus make the movement of stools easier.

    If your intestine is well lubricated then even pavanmuktha asana will not lead to dryness, expelled air will tend to carry away moisture from stools which make it dry, this can lead to constipation.

    applying a little amount of coconut oil on your finger any massaging the annal opening just before expelling stools will tend to make the muscles relax if they are stiff, this also can help in revealing the pain due to hard stools.

    enema with Luke warm water with some soap can also help but kindly use the correct apparatus and not the tap directly.
