Ok. so Im looking for any fruit or vegetable that works just like a laxative.
Ive tried regular laxative but I seem to eat alot right after.So I figured that I might as well get a good snack out of it.

whats the best natural product for someone who is constipated. whats the deal on castor oil how do you take that?

Is the same true for tea with caffeine? I had two cups of chai and…well, you know.

My husband is having a colonoscopy and wants a natural laxative.

I’ve been eating a lot of organic yoghurt lately i love it, and i’m shitting more is it the yoghurt or something else

i’ve tried prunes, apples, fiber cereal and even a vegetable laxative in pill form but im lookin for something else because the pills bother me and the fruits and fiber arnt working…

Do bookstores and/or libraries make you need to run to the bathroom?

I eat healthy most of the time. But sometimes I slip and eat junk food. If for instance, if I eat really bad during the day or dinner time, but I drink black forest tea (Which is a natural laxative or digestive), will this help me not gain the extra pounds from the rubbish I ate? And if it does, how often can I do this? Will it digest my food too quickly to get all the required nutrients from my meals?
I don’t want to throw up. I wouldn’t do this all the time either. But will it help me lose weight?

i dont want to buy them from the shop, i just wondered if there is anything else that is just as good?

my two year old ate about six apples yesterday and he’s been bombing all day, he’s potty trained but I had to put him back in a diaper because his butt is throwing up… he isn’t sick so it has to be something he ate and the half dozen apples was the only thing out of the ordinary.

Is warm water, table salt, and lemon a natural safe laxative, and how long does it take to work
is it safe though? and we’re talking about TABLE salt right?
and will it upset my stomach

i asked a question the other day, and got many answers.

. i called the vet, they said try wet dog food, versus the regular dry, and increase liquids…..

another said canned pumpkin to move bowels.. will this work? have you tried it?

then olive oil,,, which does make sense to me ….
has anyone had good results with any of these???
yes i may be nutz…. but with reason…..my paying attention has already saved her happy puppy butt 3 times…. so i do pay attention to what goes in and what comes out. as this is the first indicator of other possible problems….
like when she came to us with worms, looked like a pot belly pig…
when she got kennel cough from the vet.
when she was exposed to parvo from a neighbors escaped dogs…
when after the last shot at vet we got her home and she started having a reaction…
so yeah, i pay close attention….

isn’t that what good dog owners are supposed to do??

and i always prefer a natural solution versus spending hundreds on unnessasary vet surgery…
i have had pets all my life, this is the first animal to ever have such problems, ever.. so i would rather be careful ….

Does anybody know which foods or herbs that will act as a natural laxative? I prefer to avoid the store bought chemicals that are sold as laxatives.

help anyone know of a natural laxative that wont cause stomach cramps, I have tried over the counter meds and I get severe abdominal cramps?

I’ve been sick lately (have a cold) and I read that taking vitamin C supplements helps fight against colds. I’ve been taking them for a week and it’s been making me have much more frequent bowel movements. I even had diarrhea one day. I read somewhere that vitamin C causes this. Is this true? Should I stop taking vitamin C?
